Meeting of August 3, 2022

Chairman T. Johnson was not able to attend the meeting so M. Vogler, as acting Chairman, opened the meeting with the pledge to the flag at 6:05PM.

Public Hearing for a new home on the property of Chris DiBenedetto was opened by M. Vogler at 6:08PM. The property is located on Ursam Way, Tax ID #174-1-44. There were no questions or concerns; the hearing was closed at 6:15PM. Motion to approve was made by N. Reynolds, seconded by M. Vogler, unanimously approved. Sketches were signed and dated; EAF part 2 forms were completed, signed and dated.

Motion to accept minutes of the May 4, 2022 and July 6, 2022 meeting was made by M. Vogler, seconded by A. Kelder, unanimously approved.

Correspondence:  None 

N. Reynolds reported on the progress of the updates to the Town of Halcott Land Use Code.

The Board reviewed it’s suggestions for consideration in those updates.

Motion to adjourn was made at 6:35PM by M. Vogler, seconded by N. Reynolds, unanimously approved.
