Planning Board minutes 6 December, 2023

Present:  Andy Kelder, Adina Johnson, Nancy Reynolds

In the absence of Chairman Johnson, Acting Chairman Adina Johnson opened the meeting with the pledge to the flag at 6:05PM.

Scott Moroff presented Boundary Line Change application and survey map to consolidate 2 of his parcels on Mead Road. There were no issues or questions. Motion to approve was made by A. Johnson, seconded by N. Reynolds, unanimously approved. Sketches were signed and dated. Part 2 of the EAF form was completed, signed and dated.

Motion to accept the minutes of the 9/6/2023 meeting was made by A. Johnson, seconded by A. Kelder, unanimously approved.

COLLECTOR’S NOTICE OF RECEIPT OF TAX ROLL & WARRANT

TAKE NOTICE, that I, the undersigned, Collector of Taxes of the Town of Halcott, Greene County, New York, have duly received the tax roll and warrant for the collection of taxes for the year 2024, and that I will receive taxes as follows:

At the Grange (upstairs) – Telephone (845) 701-1364

January only – Wednesdays – 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and

Saturdays 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

**FACE COVERING REQUESTED iF COUGHING FOR ALL IN PERSON VISITS**

All other times by appointment or by mail – closed all legal holidays.

Payments made by mail must be postmarked  the last day of the month.

No postdated checks will be accepted.

A $30.00 charge will be added to the total bill for each returned check.

TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that taxes may be paid on or before January 31, 2024 without charge or interest.  On taxes remaining unpaid after January 31, 2024, there shall be added one percent for February or the remainder thereof; two percent for March; three percent for April; four percent for May; five percent for June; six percent for July; and seven percent for August, at which time the return of unpaid taxes is made by the collector to the Greene County Treasurer pursuant to law.
