TOWN OF HALCOTT PLANNING BOARD
Meeting of October 2, 2024
Present: Adina Johnson, Andy Kelder, Mark Vogler, Nancy Reynolds
Absent: Ted Johnson
Others: Andrew Camarata, Annie Bocchetti, Architect Paul Jankovitz
Acting Chairman Adina Johnson opened the meeting with the pledge to the flag at 6:05PM.
P. Jankovitz presented site plan application and sketch for a proposed new home on the property of A. Camarata, 180 Bouton Road, Tax ID #143-1-7. Site visit was scheduled for October 12. Public Hearing was scheduled for November 6, 2024.
Motion to accept the minutes of the 8/7/2024 meeting was made by A. Kelder, seconded by M. Vogler, unanimously approved.
Correspondence: none.
New Business: N. Reynolds reported that Surveyor Victor Fairbairn had been called regarding a possible 2 lot subdivision of property owned by Mrs. Joseph Fonte on Townsend Hollow Road, Tax ID #174-3-10. He will be in touch as plans progress.
Motion to adjourn was made at 6:30PM by A. Johnson, seconded by N. Reynolds, unanimously approved.

The Town of Halcott Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing
at 6PM on Wednesday November 6, 2024 at the Town Grange,
264 Route 3, Halcott Center, NY to consider the application for
a new home to be built on land owned by Andrew Camarata,
180 Bouton Road, Halcott Center, NY, Tax ID #143-1-7. All
persons wishing to speak upon this matter shall be heard at
this time. A regular meeting will follow the public hearing.
