at 6PM on Wednesday November 6, 2024 at the Town Grange,

a new home to be built on land owned by Andrew Camarata,
180 Bouton Road, Halcott Center, NY, Tax ID #143-1-7. All
persons wishing to speak upon this matter shall be heard at

No Zoning Board meeting 7 January, 2024
There will be no meeting of the Zoning Board tomorrow Saturday Jan 7. We will meet after the Town Board organizational meeting and their first meeting next month.

Meeting of December 6, 2023
Present: Andy Kelder, Adina Johnson, Nancy Reynolds
Absent: Ted Johnson, Mark Vogler
Others: Scott Moroff, Ida Piperisova
In the absence of Chairman Johnson, Acting Chairman Adina Johnson opened the meeting with the pledge to the flag at 6:05PM.
Scott Moroff presented Boundary Line Change application and survey map to consolidate 2 of his parcels on Mead Road. There were no issues or questions. Motion to approve was made by A. Johnson, seconded by N. Reynolds, unanimously approved. Sketches were signed and dated. Part 2 of the EAF form was completed, signed and dated.
Motion to accept the minutes of the 9/6/2023 meeting was made by A. Johnson, seconded by A. Kelder, unanimously approved.

Motion to adjourn was made at 6:40PM by A. Johnson, seconded by Reynolds, unanimously approved.
