Highway Superintendent’s Report: (A) Highway Superintendent Russell Bouton reported that the Town will receive the same amount of CHIPS money as last year. Turkey Ridge Road will need a lot of shimming and drainage work done.

Budget Officer’s Report: Supervisor Samantha Bouton presented the finance report for the month of April.

Approval to Pay Bills: General Abstract #G0524 – vouchers 70 – 74 = $1,268.09. Highway Abstract #H0524 – vouchers 75 – 86 = $11,501.31. Motion to pay bills by Councilman Eric Fronckowiak, 2nd by Councilwoman Innes Kasanof, Councilman Alan Reynolds: aye, Councilwoman Judy DiBenedetto: aye, Supervisor Samantha Bouton: aye.

Clerk’s Report: BP Renewal (2): 1 @ 100.00, 1 @ 150.00. The Town collected and disbursed 250.00 for the month of April.

LUC Update: LUC Chair Karen Rauter asked the Board if anyone had any edits to the draft LUC update. Councilwoman Judy DiBenedetto did, and stated she would get them to Karen. Karen then gave an overview of the steps the Town needed to follow to adopt the new Land Use Code.
